Products and availability

Product descriptions, weights, prices and availability shown on the website should reflect the current ECHO TEA assortment. Tea is a natural product, so appearance and sensory characteristics may vary between harvests and batches.

Orders

In the current message-checkout version, submitting the form creates an order request rather than an automatic card charge. An order is confirmed once ECHO TEA accepts it and confirms fulfilment details with the customer.

Prices

Prices are displayed in Israeli shekels. Taxes should be handled according to the business’s applicable tax status. Any delivery charge must be disclosed to the customer before payment is taken.

Cancellation and returns

Customers may submit a cancellation request through the dedicated “Cancel an order” page linked from the homepage. Eligibility for cancellation, refund and any fee is handled according to applicable Israeli consumer law and the nature of the product and transaction.

Delivery and pickup

Final delivery areas, fees, estimated timing, pickup address and responsibility for unsuccessful delivery must be added here before accepting prepaid orders.
